I’m Amy, an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist, and a local Largs mum with lived experience of parenting, partnering, and living with neurodiversity. I combine evidence based therapy with real world understanding to support people through a wide range of life challenges.
My approach is trauma informed and neuroaffirming, drawing on a range of therapeutic modalities to support individuals, couples, and families. I have experience working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, and work life balance pressures, and I bring particular expertise in couples and family work. I am a registered NDIS provider with many years of experience supporting people within the disability sector.
In my practice, I offer tailored, person centred support so clients feel understood, supported, and empowered. I work with children (10+), parents, couples, and families.
I also provide ADHD screening services and facilitate online group therapy programs for teens and adults living with ADHD across Australia, in partnership with the ADHD Foundation of Australia.
If you or someone you care about could benefit from compassionate, evidence based therapy with a neuroaffirming lens, I’d be very happy to help.
